Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Mood Sports application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of any free or paid features.

Mood Sports is an iOS application that helps athletes track their mood, sleep, and recovery in relation to their training activities. The App may connect to third-party services such as Strava and Apple Health to enrich your experience.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You may not use another person's account without permission.

Mood Sports offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. Pro subscriptions are available on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis and are processed through Apple's App Store.

Billing. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for unused time.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Lifetime access. Lifetime purchases grant access to Pro features for as long as the App is available. This does not guarantee access in perpetuity if the App is discontinued.

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App (mood logs, notes, sleep data, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The App may access health and fitness data through Apple HealthKit. This data is used only to provide features within the App and is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

The App does not provide medical advice. Content in the App is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All content, design, code, and branding in the App are the property of Mood Sports and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The App integrates with third-party services (Strava, Apple Health, Google). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOOD SPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
