• Authentication: Your email address and basic profile info via Google or Apple Auth.
• Strava Integration: With your explicit permission, we access your Strava activities (type, distance, duration, and date) to map against your mood entries.

02. How We Use Data

Your data is used strictly for generating your personalized mental ROI dashboard. We never sell, trade, or monetize your personal information or activity data.Our business model is built on providing value to you, not selling your habits to third parties.

03. Storage & Third Parties

Data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). We utilize the following third-party services:

• Google/Apple: To manage secure account login.
• Strava API: To sync your physical activities.
• OpenAI: To process and generate reflection prompts based on your activity context.

04. Retention & Deletion

You are in full control. You can disconnect Strava or delete your account at any time via the in-app settings. We follow a strict no-retention policy: when an account is deleted, all associated data is immediately and permanently removed from our active databases.
